That’s what this license is for. One purchase. Your whole team. A complete 8-week teaching plan.
What’s included in the license
The Interoception SEL Bundle: 11 resources plus a bonus file. Everything your team needs to introduce, teach, and reinforce interoception and emotional regulation across your school or practice.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the TPT version?
No — and the difference matters if you’re rolling this out across a team.
The TPT version is the resource pack on its own, licensed for one educator. The License is built for whole teams (3 or 10 educators depending on the tier) and includes everything you need to actually run it as a program:
- An 8-week term-ready teaching plan, with lesson ideas mapped to each week
- Additional warm-up and cool-down activities you can drop into any session
- A sensory tools exploration booklet for students — developed to bring everything together that has been learned over the program
The 8-week plan is the piece I’m proudest of. I built it from years of paediatric OT practice and inside-the-classroom experience — the structure that turns “we should teach interoception” into “here’s exactly what we’re doing in Week 3.” That’s what most teams are missing, and it’s why the License exists as a separate product.
What age groups does this work with?
Foundation to Year 3/4 (ages 5 to 10) is the core range. The activities, language, and lesson structures are designed for this developmental level.
Older students (Year 5 and 6) can use the majority of the resources and would typically move through the program at a quicker pace, going deeper with reflection rather than spending longer on each phase.
What format are the files?
All resources are delivered as PDFs. The Body Sensations Thermometer and select other resources also include a PowerPoint digital version for interactive screen use.
How do I receive my files after purchase?
Immediately after purchase you will receive an email with a download link. Files are available to download straight away: no waiting, no approval process.
Can I share the files with my licensed users?
Yes: you may share the files with up to the number of users your license covers (3 for Team Bundle, 10 for School License). Users may use the resources with their students or clients. Files may not be shared publicly, posted online, or redistributed beyond your licensed team.
What if I need more than 10 users?
Please get in touch and we can discuss a custom arrangement for larger organisations. Email hello@otwithsoph.com
Can I use this for my NDIS clients?
Yes: the resources are designed for use with children aged 5–10 including those with disability and neurodevelopmental differences. For NDIS funding, please check eligibility with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager before purchasing.
Are international orders accepted?
Yes. Pricing is shown in Australian dollars. Your bank or card provider will convert to your local currency automatically at checkout. These resources are suitable for OT and education settings in Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and internationally.
Ready to give your whole team access?
One purchase. Instant delivery. Every resource your team needs to support children’s interoception and regulation, in the classroom or therapy room.
